Log into your Red Green account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear or use.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
